since middle of august i find myself in a strange situation.
3 times so far the watch freezes and doesn't respond at all until the battery totally runs out.
it happened twice in the morning. so i wake up i check the time and 2-3 minutes later the watch is dead. the app doesn't see it and any push of a button or putting it on charger it doesn't work. the watch was 100% charged before going to sleep.
the third time again in the morning i wake up,app is updated i put it on charger,take a shower and it is dead.
i found a similar report but it states that it freezes for seconds. mine doesn't work for about 30hrs and then the battery is totally dead. which in my mind indicates some kind of loop that doesn't allow anything else to work.
does anyone have any proposal because garmin support says that this is a charging issue (maybe i am stupid) but i don;t get how it is possible that a watch that the battery should last 30 days dies after 9 hrs and why the charger doesnt work until at least 30hrs are passed
