My new Venu 2 keeps not finding my heart rate. I got both arms tattooed, on my right one a bit lighter so if I place the watch really back towards my forearm and extra tight my heartrate appears. It is not really a workable solution. I had an Amazfit gtr which I bought 3 years ago and I had no problems reading my heart rate. I tried friends Vivoactive 4 and I had the same issue and my friend didn not. Any chance of fixing this with future software updates? I may have to return the watch if not. I contacted customer services but the lady said that there were no updates for tattooed wrists in the future. I did explain that it is not a tattoo issue as other brands worked in the past. Any advice will help a lot! Thank you.
