Connecting to Venu 2 device on Mac OS 10.15.7

Hi Still trying to sort my sync issue and support have told me to do the following but I cannot see the watch as a drive in order to access the device.

Or MAC: 

  1. Plug the device into a computer
  2. Open Finder
  3. Click Go in the menu bar
  4. Click Computer
  5. Double-click the Garmin device drive
  6. Double-click the Garmin folder
  7. Double-click the Activity/Activities folder
  8. Drag file(s) you wish to delete to Trash
  9. Empty the Trash.

However I have Garmin Express Installed as I use this for my Oregon 650 that connects to the watch OK and the watch syncs OK so it is accessible.

I am using an admin account and I have checked the security privacy and the folder is set as accessible.

Can someone help me see the watch as a drive on the Computer as I fail the above at step 5 as there is no Garmin folder on the device.
