Hi Still trying to sort my sync issue and support have told me to do the following but I cannot see the watch as a drive in order to access the device.
Or MAC:
- Plug the device into a computer
- Open Finder
- Click Go in the menu bar
- Click Computer
- Double-click the Garmin device drive
- Double-click the Garmin folder
- Double-click the Activity/Activities folder
- Drag file(s) you wish to delete to Trash
- Empty the Trash.
However I have Garmin Express Installed as I use this for my Oregon 650 that connects to the watch OK and the watch syncs OK so it is accessible.
I am using an admin account and I have checked the security privacy and the folder is set as accessible.
Can someone help me see the watch as a drive on the Computer as I fail the above at step 5 as there is no Garmin folder on the device.
