Re-start activity

It happens very often that when wearing long sleeves and pausing an activity, the touchscreen plays with the fabric and saves/finishes it by mistake. There should be a way to resume an activity for when it gets saved by mistake.

You can merge multiple .gpx files into one .gpx file. Resuming a saved activity seems impossible, pausing a current activity is what Garmin should make available to us.

I realize this isn't the solution you're looking for but you can lock the screen during the activity to prevent it from happening.
