Yesterday I received my new venu 2. Installation went quite smooth, this morning I got a notification of a new update which was installed. Later this morning I opened my connect app, watch wouldn’t sync and looking at the watch by then it was completely bricked. Can’t turn it on in any way. When connecting to a pc no device can be found and also nothing is appearing in explorer as file drive fi… so I’m left with a brand new dead watch. I’ve seen bad software updates in the past from Garmin on multiple of my other devices like edge etc but this makes me feel like quality control on software is an issue which has to be fixed soon!
