Venu S2 freezing up

I've only had my venu s2 for a few weeks now and I'll randomly notice that the screen is black and I'll tap on it and it won't respond and I'll plug it in and it won't respond, but it will say connected in my app and the green lights near my wrist are still on. I contacted Garmin and they told me how to do a soft reset and it worked, but I've had to do it 4 more times now in a matter of a week. When it happens obviously it's not tracking my steps or anything which is super annoying. It's had the latest update. I can't find anything online about it. Is anyone else having this issue?
