Activity tracking no longer works after update to 4.67

After the recent V4.67 software upgrade, activity tracking stopped. There are no steps counts or floors climbed data being tracked.

From reading other posts, I have tried rebooting the watch. I have plugged the watch to the USB charger. I have verified that tracking is on (both on the watch and the app).

Any other ideas on what to try?

  • After the Update 4.67 my battery usage went up and the activity tracking had stopped. I did a forced reset, holding down the top button until it turned off and restarted. I then noticed my steps weren’t tracking. A quick check on glances indicated that tracking was turned off (I hadn’t turned it off). I turned it back on again and now all is well. Battery usage back to being incredibly good and everything working as it should plus the Pulse Ox doesn’t randomly turn on anymore. 

  • I forgot to mention in my original post, I also did a forced reset but holding down the top button. I have done each of the steps multiple times. Still it does not work.

  • Working fine for me.

    I've had no problems with 4.67 at all.

  • I have the same problem after updating. During the day the screen goes black and stops recording data.
