i try both ,,, but nothing... send only the email not the sms...

I have read all the instructions and I have done them as mentioned .... but somewhere it says that the mobile must have a cellular signal with a subscribed data plan from a phone network provider. my mobile is dual sim with a card a subscribed data plan from a phone network provide and another card .... i use only  the card with subscribed data plan from a phone network provide and do the same ...send only email... and i try it with other contact and do the same!!!! i will try with a different mobile and i will tall you ....(i have samsung s10 plus)
