Animations not showing up for Garmin Workout

Hello, I just downloaded an official Garmin Workout (Cardio) on my Venu 2 and realized the animation does not work at all.
This is the workout I downloaded: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/workout/381253915

As you can see, in the Garmin Connect website there are a lot of information and all the animations work perfectly for every exercise.
Once the workout is loaded in the watch, going to Cardio --> Workouts and selecting this new workout will not show any animation at all, only "No Notes available" when clicking on any of the exercises from the list.

I passed the workout to my watch using Garmin Express, and I am running the latest firmware 4.67

Can you please confirm it is not a problem of my watch, but rather a bug on Garmin side?

Hi Garmin-Kevin, yes, please add me to this case. Would be great if this could be fixed in next software update. (If this update comes soon.)

Hello, I have a similar problem. Some workouts that I choose in connect have animation in venu 2 and other dont. Most of them don’t.

Any news on this? Is the problem acknowledged and being worked on?
This is a killer feature and selling point of the venu 2, I would be interested to see how this is handled by the company as it would say a lot

Yes, same here. What's the word on this issue? This is a very cool feature and it certainly diminishes this otherwise lovely watch.

I did notice there is new beta firmware available. I'm interested in finding out if this also solves the animation issue.

Yes, just have experienced this on vivofit 4, please make them come back, it was a very useful feature!

Hello all! This issue has been resolved with software update 5.27. If you are seeing this issue after updating your watch's software to 5.27, please start a new thread.
