How to delete music on the Venu 2

I have some music in the My Music Folder (synced from WMPlayer.) How can I delete these files. I know how to sync more music to the folder- but don't see any options to remove existing MP3 files from the device.

Thank you! I hope this works. Others seems to have some issues with the process (not seeing the files that are on the Venu 2.)
