Hello all...i don't really understand the reasons behind the setting of the the interval for the sleep.
I don't change my routine everyday so when i set a range like 10-5, or whatever it is, it's working well, majority of times but such an interval can't be good for every day.
If i have the interval 10-5 but i go to sleep at 11 or i wake up at 7 the watch is recording the sleep accurately but at 10pm my AOD will turn off and i don't receive any notification...same for the morning...if i wake up later than the interval, the watch will turn on the AOD for nothing while i'm still sleeping.
Some of the previous cheap bands that i had were able to turn off notification or to enter into "sleep mode" when i started to sleep and not while setting an interval.
I could understand it if the interval was the only way to start/end the sleep recording but that's not true for the devices that i tried(Venu and Venu2) as they are pretty accurate with starting/ending of the sleep.
Any future plan to get something automatic?
The awake parts, during the sleep, should not activate everything again so the interval could still be there to help with the recording of the sleep but it should not be the only constraint for functions like AOD/spo2 measurement/notifications/etc
Thanks
