Hi, I need help as my Garmin Venu 2s is still loading the whole day. It never connect the Garmin connect even I restart 3 times. Please help.

Hello! Have you removed the device from the Bluetooth settings of the phone? Please do that power cycle both phone and watch then add the device only to the Garmin App.
