The HRM depends on contact with the skin so the LED light can be accurately measured, so the watch definitely needs to be snug.
Thanks - I am just wondering: I find snug worn watches very uncomfortable. What does snug mean - like really tight or a little loose, enough to stick the little finger between watch and arm?
