Is there any way to re-set the watch without having the screen to help?
Or if i want to look at getting it looked at or repaired is there somewhere i could send it?

Try pressing the top button and keep it pressed, at least for a couple of minutes. That would normally reset it and restart it. If that doesn’t work, connect it to your laptop if you have one and see if it will connect to Garmin Express and start that way. You’ll need to download Garmin Express and log in as per the App. If that doesn’t work then Garmin Customer Services or the place you bought it is your next port of call. I’m assuming that it doesn’t just need recharging?

You’re welcome. Good to hear. There are the occasional quirks but most are easily sorted when you get used to them. Like most stuff these days disconnect/restart/reboot/ctl-alt-delete etc fixes most problems.
It shouldn't require a few minutes ... It only takes 15 seconds or so.
It happened to me right now. It took a bit more than a minute constantly pressing the top button of the Garmin Venu. But at least is fixed.
I did it but now the watch is all messed up and I get a ESN number.
