I've had the Venu 2 since the week it came out. In the first months it seem to work (with one minor little point) flawless. I believe it was software version 3.24
After updating it to 3.40 the watch turned into one giant bug fest. On the watch i have sleep-, stress-, respiration- body battery and pulse ox data, but it won't transfer it to the connect app more then half of the time. Connected the watch with garmin express this morning and this time via this way it transfered the sleep data of last night etc. but not the body battery. Is this bluetooth related? I have the latest connect app on ios. with right permissions. It worked on 3.24 and since 3.40 not anymore
Several times a day out of the blue the lock screen comes up (full blast) and stays on for 10 to 15 minutes, completely freezing the watch.
In the last 3 / 4 weeks i had about 6 to 8 activities not registered. During the workout (always gps workouts, bike and walk,) it seems to register okay, but when i stop the activity it says something went wrong and the activity is not saved. Could be gps related because 2 days ago, looking at my watch during activity i noticed it recorded everything except for distance. And yes the watch told me befor i started it had gps connectivity.
A couple of days ago i updated to 3.48 and did a factory reset to be sure, but this did not help. Same bugs. It now renders the watch completely useless for me.
Am i the only one experiencing this?
