body battery - how low can it go?

Hello, I have had my Venu 2 about 6 weeks. I am wondering, how low can the body battery go? After a really challenging day yesterday and not much sleep the night before, I had a 5 score on the battery at the end of the evening. That made me wonder, how low can it go? Zero? Negative numbers? Also, the highest score I have ever had so far was 89. Does anyone ever get to 100? Just curious.

I have gone up to 96 but never a 100 yet

Not sure if it applies to all the watches, but I believe the lowest value is 5%. The highest is 100% and I've seen it many times. It's easily achievable with good night's sleep.

Mine was 3 yesterday, after a very long & hard bike ride (with lousy rest stops).
