hi..im a first time garmin user.im using venu 2..i have a question regarding the sleep tracking.
Im have a vary sleep time..sometime i could fall asleep at 8pm and woke at 6am..next day,i could fall asleep at 6pm-9pm then woke up,then sleep again at 5am-9am...some thing like that..so,its hard for me to set the fix sleep time schedule..and some other time,i can sleep 2 hours,woke up,the sleep another 3 hours,then wake up..depends on my time..
when i look at my sleep data,its barely showing anything..maybe only the first 3 hours,but then,not the second time im sleeping..is there a way to set the sleep schedule in garmin connect to just detect whenever im sleeping without the sleep time range?
its very frustrating if the watch could only track sleep withing the sleep time schedule..its ok for it not track sleep if the sleep if below 1hour range,but it seem like the tracker seem not to track eventhough i sleep more than 1 or 2 hour out of the sleep time schedule that been set in the apps..
please someone that have any solution,please reply me..
