Venu 2 and HRM-Swim

Anyone know for sure if the Venu 2 will sync with the Garmin HRM Swim chest strap?

The HRM-Swim will connect to the Venu 2 as a regular chest strap for live HR data, but the post-activity download feature won't work with the venu 2.
