Freezing Venu 2 when showinf heart rate graph

Hello,

The Venu 2 is freezing and needs restart each time i try and scroll through the Heart Rate graph on the Watch.

to reproduce: Go to the Heart rate glance..scroll to the left of the graph...then try to change the page (swiping up or down)... the watch just freezes... i am running 3.40

Mine doesn't freeze. You might want to call Garmin Support about it.

I am having the same issue. When you go into heart rate glance venu 2 freezes.I am running 3.48. Also when I hold button down to do reset it sometimes goes into Emergency contact mode - which is very annoying.

Please update your watch to the current firmware version of 4.67 using the Garmin Express application.

I've just started having this exact issue on my Venu 2 running firmware version 4.67. I haven't noticed it until now, but if I go to the heart rate 'glance' widget, the watch freezes, will not respond regardless how long I wait, and I'm forced to reboot by holding the top button down. I can reproduce this 100% of the time. Is my watch faulty and should I return it for replacement, or is this a firmware issue that will be patched? Thanks.

Hello mokrja. We had similar reports of the Venu 2 freezing during normal use, but not specifically when navigating to (and using) the HR glance. We have released a beta software that has resolved that freezing issue. Please see the link below for instructions on how to install that beta software.
