Venu 2S Change watch face and always reboot

When I used the Garmin connect to change watch face, I encountered the venu 2S reboot automatically and always reboot, which cannot enter and use normally. What’s going on and how can I do to fix it by myself? Just got venu 2 no more than 3 hr…

    Update the firmware. That bug was fixed in the latest version.

    But, how can I update FW since it always reboot? If anyway can reset or how should I do to boot normally and do upgrade FW?

    Let me attached Vedio for your reference. BTW , not sure if I press some button to enter the test mode(show some script..), can I disregard it?

    I suspect you have a defective unit. Contact support or return it to the place you purchased it.
