Stopwatch running in background

I have set up my swipe to quick links to enter the stopwatch. Works great but with the original Venu I was able to leave the stopwatch running and revert back to watchface the Venu 2 is unable to do so. A button is pauze b button is lap en swipe is lap also instead of going back to watchface.

That is a disadvantage!
For sure it can not run in the background like on the old VENU?

Garmin-Zac is there a reason for that change? can this be fixed/changed?

So I was just able t test this and it actually does work.

Swipe from left to right brings you back to the "mneu screen", another swipe from left to right back to the watchface. A button is start/stop, B button is lap.

What would be nice: to come back to the stopwatch from the watchface and menu by swiping right to left (basically "going backwards")

Garmin-Zac could this theoretically be supported?

I have set that the stopwatch is my quicklink swiping from watchface left to right. Using the stopwatch that way I am unable to go back to the watchface.

This was possible using the original Venu

ok, just tried this and now i understand!
makes no sense, that the LAP function is triggered by B button and by swiping from right to left.

maybe it helps, if you also share this here ?

No it's quit stupid... And the original Venu does return to watchface swiping from left to right using the stopwatch so I think it's not an idea for but a bug in the Venu 2

The new beta firmware fixed this 'bug'
