My venu 2s in VN can't find update for version 3.40

what’s the behavior of doing software update?

My watch always tries to search WiFi then failed with code 030. It’s really strange.

When i tapped on Software update, it connected to wifi and checked for update, then it said "No updates available" though it's still using version 3.24 (expected found update for version 3.40)

did you try connecting to Garmin Express from a laptop/desktop pc ? if not try this...

if this will not work try full reset then connect to garmin express

I tried garmin express already but no help. Full reset to update OTA even as a work-around? I don't see it makes sense for end user. We're geeks so we know how to do it, but how about elder ones?

ask support mail them with the issue ....if not try connect to vpn for other countries maybe this will help

Ok got reply from another thread,the update is only for north america 

connect to vpn europe or north america and done :)
