Short incoming Call vibration

Hi . I'm New with Garmin community. I bought a Venu 2. All is perfect except for the incoming Call notifications. Vibrates only twice. Is there a workaround so I'll not miss important calls? Thanks

They seriously need to sort this out. So silly only not giving the option to constantly vibrate on a phone call. Sort it out Garmn. So easy to sort too

PLEASE! Garmin, fix this! Vibration should be constant until dismissed or call is answered. What idiot thought two short vibrations would ever be enough?

Hello! Unfortunately, there is not a workaround. I can create a user request for this. There are no guarantees that any changes will be made.

I am super disappointed too, I love my new watch but find even with vibration set to high and with it only vibrating once per call I’m missing all my calls. This is a reason for me to go with another brand, disappointing after several Garmins previously in our household.

Venu 2 Plus buzzes for the entire ring cycle and you can answer the call on your watch. If you are going to buy a new watch anyway you might consider this,

You must have a special version of the Venu 2, different than everyone else that have posted on this topic. That, or you haven't properly tested this feature. Even the Garmin rep above (AmberD) says there's no fix to the Venu 2 only vibrating twice during an incoming call. Unless you're a programmer and were able to fix this issue on yours. If that's the case, please share with the rest of us on how!

Sorry I was not clear. I am talking about a completely different watch - the Venu 2 PLUS which is a Venu 2 but has an added speaker. (For more money of course).

Garmin-Kevin Is there any update on this? A member mentioned that this has been fixed in Venu 2 plus.
