Sleep data collected is inaccurate

Hi,

It has been for a long time since I got my venu 2s (release day).

The sleep data is always inaccurate, it detects light sleep or even awake time as REM, and does not stop the sleep session in the correct time.

This has never happened to me before using my vivoactive 3, during the 3 years I've used it.

Has anyone noticed this too?

  • For me I find the Venu 2 more accurate than my Vivo 4. I have seen a lot of threads with differing opinions on sleep accuracy.

  • The venu2 is worthless when it comes to sleep tracking. Going to go back to Whoop.

  • A while back I had a Fitbit Sense which has one of the most accurate sleep trackers of any wearable device, and the sleep phases actually looked quite accurate. Surprisingly, the GalaxyWatch 4 did not come too far from these results, but the results from Venu2 in my case look equally unreliable every night. The first half of the night is deep and light sleep, the second half of the night is light and REM sleep.

  • I have the Venu2 and the only things that work well are heart rate and sleep detection :D
(I also imagine that it is not very simple. If the heart rate changes a little bit, how does it detect the difference ?)
