Why does my Venu 2 stop recording mid ride?

Hi there, so now on three consecutive mountain bike rides my Venu2 goes to the stop screen, asking me if I should continue or stop and save. It has, therefore, stopped tracking my ride. I know with certainty that I did not depress the physical button to activate this screen. Auto pause and auto lap are both off. I have connected the watch to my computer and the Garmin app to make sure its fully updated. Help please.

Hi, it’s on my right wrist and therefore impossible to bend my wrist to press any buttons. I’m using only the default “bike” selection. I did road ride yesterday and it did not pause.…

Hello! Have you noticed while your wrist is bent, is your wrist pushing into the button? Are you using the default Garmin Bike profile or a 3rd party app? Have you used any other activity profile and if so, is it doing the same thing?
