Venu2 Range

What is the range on the Venu2? I can walk 5 ft away and it disconnects and then reconnects. Why does it keep disconnecting and reconnecting when I'm still close to my phone? Thank you.

I have the same problem. Most Bluetooth systems range about 30 feet, but I have had the Venu 2 disconnect and reconnect at about 8 feet.

Could it be your phone? Mine stays connected to my phone almost anywhere in my house. It might disconnect if I leave my phone downstairs and go upstairs, but I rarely notice a disconnect.

Venu 2 has BT 5.0, before it was BT 4.2 . Shouldn't it have even more range? No disconnect problem here, but also not far away when connected, so no real answer to your problem.

It could be I guess. I’ve always had an Apple Watch and just switched to the Venu last week.
