Venu 2 Garmin Golf Steps not recording

When using the Venu 2 Garmin Golf app, the activity is recorded and distance, GPS tracking, elevation along with other stats show on Garmin Connect.

However, steps are not recorded? They do not show on either the Venu 2 or the Garmin connect app.

I found the answer I believe! In your watch go to Setting, then Activities and Apps, then click on Golf, then Settings, then scroll down to "record activity" and it should work for you now!
