Venu 2s bluetooth earphone pairing problem

I have tried to pair 3 sets of bluetooth headphones via bluetooth, with my jbl 500bt it finds headphones but then pairing failed message. What else can I try?

It works, I think my smart television was the problem, because a cheap new Bluetooth earphone works fine. And then away from home, the watch off and then on and it works fine
