can you double-tap to turn on the venue 2 screen?

I'm used to turning on the screen of my vivosmart. can you set that up on the Venu 2?

Is there a setting you need to turn on? Double tap does not work for me. Out of the box.

I didn't have to do anything. Have you tried to restart your Venu 2?

HI, it should work. Can you sync and then hold the power button for 45 seconds ignoring power off then turn it back on. Let me know if there is a difference.
