Question: Does the Venu 2 have this features?

Quick question on things I couldn't find on Garmin's website spec sheets and also not in the Venu 2 manual:

1. Can the Venu 2 Control menu be customized to show a flashlight? (For example, Forerunner 245 has that feature while Venu Sq does not.)

2. Can the Venu 2 record HRV into activities? In other words, is there a  corresponding setting usually in Settings > Physiological metrics > Log HRV? (For example, the Forerunner 245 can do this, the Instinct can't.)
