VENU 2s - screen unresponsive and battery drainage

I don't know if this should be here or if there is another way of reporting issues to garmin, if this is not the right place please delete this post. The following issue happened a couple of times so yesterday I tried to reproduce and document:

* Battery 29/04 17:47 = 70%

* Battery 29/04 19:56 = 69%

* Health snapshot @ 19:59

* Battery 30/04 08:28 = 64%

* Screen unresponsive: turns black when trying to select an activity and wake up again with wrist movement

* Health snapshot @ 08:32

* Battery 30/04 08:42 = 57%

* Battery 30/04 08:49 = 49%

Switching off and back on solves the problem temporarily until the screen gets unresponsive again

I've documented the issue with pictures but if there is a way of generating logs I'm happy to provide those

    I'll add more color.

    My original Venu would use about 6% - 7% of battery overnight tracking sleep and Pulse Ox (only while sleep defined as 23:30 - 06:30, screen off). 

    The first night I had my Venu 2 it used about 5%. The second night it used about 8%. The third night (last night) it used about 12%.

    The rest of the day it tracks heart rate and activities (40 minutes of yoga) and GPS (45 minutes for walking). with the screen set to always on.

    Original Venu would end the 24 hour period with about 60% battery remaining.

    Venu 2 was at about 60% after the first full day and at about 50% after the second full day. There was an update when I first set up the Venu 2. Over the next day there were about two or three subsequent updates. 

    I've tried with built-in and third-party watch faces with no difference observed.
