Heart rate monitor not showing line or graph on the timeline

Hey there,

I have tried on the new Venu 2 for about a day now. The Heart Rate Monitor seems to be working fine, but when I check the widget itself, it doesn't show any graph or line on the heart rate timeline.

Does anyone else have the same problem? I can't find anything about it. Thanks!

    Wait another day. This happened to me too and after a day or two it started showing up. I also rebooted the watch as well, which didn't help immediately, but it never hurts.

    Can we get something similar during an exercise? So a graph?

      I am having the same thing, I've had the Venu 2 for three days now and it's only recorded about two hours of timeline data. I contacted Garmin Support and they said that it would work within 7-10 days but that makes no sense - I totally get that it takes a few days for the HR data to become accurate, but there's no reason why it shouldn't be storing the data it is collecting. I have totally rebooted the watch twice now and each time it starts recording the HR graph for an hour or so, then stops.

      I've tried it on SW versions 4.67 and the beta 5.18 and mine is still doing exactly the same as yours.Everything else has the data on the timeline, just not HR.
