Screen goes blank with AOD on - CIQ faces

Just got the watch so maybe this is just me but I have found that with CIQ faces and AOD turned on the watch goes from "full on" to partial mode but then it goes black after another minute. As opposed to with a Garmin provided face it goes to partial mode and stays there. Just me?

This seems to be a developer issue. I have found one face that does not do this

Am I the only one seeing this. Or just the only one unhappy with it :). WIth AOD on the faces go from full power to some low power screen. But then after another minute the screen goes completely black…

No, you're not the only one bothered by this. It seems Garmin is dragging its feet getting it fixed.

In the meantime, Marek seems to be the only one who's figured it out so far, specifically with his Liberation watch face. He has a few others that still go black on AOD and has a support ticket open with Garmin.

I'm currently testing for another developer to see if he's found a work around.

Thanks Scott. Jim M's Simple faces work correctly and so does Style XL from Stanislav Burres. I am glad to her Marek has a ticket open.

Thanks. Last time I tried Style XL is was going black after a few minutes. I reported it to Stanislav. I haven't seen and update since then. Maybe I'll give it another try.

Interesting. I have not seen it go black since I downloaded this morning. If it has I have not caught it. The others go black pretty quickly.

Yeah - I do see it goes black. The timeout is longer than other faces.

Same problem here. Thought this was just me - good to know I am not missing a setting somewhere. Thanks for the post.
