Hello, I need to inform my team of this and see if they have any insight. But, first can you remove Garmin Pay essentially resetting it up and remove the pairing of the Fenix and only pair the Venu 2 with Garmin Pay? I know this is not how its suppose to work, I just want to eliminate what we can first.
Thank you for your reply. I don't have the fenix anymore. So the wallet was deleted when I removed the fenix from my account.

I did the following: remove watch and reconnect. Connect with another phone. Removed connect app and reinstall it. Remove cache from the app. Both cards from different supported banks won't work
Are you getting the error when trying to use the card or is this when you are trying to add the card to the watch?
When I am trying to add it to the watch. So the message is in the connect app.
