A new software update?

I'm being notified that a software update is pending install. I'm on the latest 19.05 for over a year and there is no information on the update anywhere. I'm afraid at this point it's a mistake and it some wrong update is being sent that will brick my watch. Does anyone have any clue?

There's been a timezone map update recently, and that applies to the vast majority of garmin devices, including very old ones.
