Venu 2+ sensor failure

The sensor hasn't worked for almost one year. It doesn't measure heart rate or pulse ox. The green light does not flash. The wrist heart rate is turned on. Hard and soft reset does not resolve the problem. Please provide support.

Hello!

1) Is the battery saver enabled?

2) You mention wrist heart rate it turned on. Have you disabled, waited for a bit and then enabled it again?

3) Settings > System > About > What are the versions shown for the main software, WHR, BMX and Sensors?

1) Battery saver is not enabled.

2) Heart Rate Monitor is on. Yes I have disabled, then re-enabled. Yes I have waited in between each step as well.

3) SW: 19.05, WHR: 14.00.06, BMX: 14.0.6, Sensor: 27.16
