I'm a happy Garmin Venu 2 Plus user and really enjoy the watch. However, I'm constantly looking for ways to extend its battery life, especially when using continuous GPS or heart rate monitoring during longer workouts.

I've already tried turning off some notifications and reducing screen brightness, but I'm curious if there are any other specific tips or settings that the community has found effective for significant battery optimization?

For example, does disabling all-day SpO2 tracking make a noticeable difference? Or are there specific activity modes that consume less battery while still capturing essential data?
