I'm unable to set up ECG on my Venu 2 Plus in the UK and have been frustrated by Garmin support ( well, 1 person !), so I'm reaching out here.
Running 19.05, and the option for setup doesn't show.
I've performed a factory restart on my watch. I was a member of the beta testing program and have deactivated that (told that I would be blocking it), but I am still not finding it.
I was thinking my next step could be to roll back the firmware version and then update it and see if that switches it on. Is this possible? If so, do you have any ideas where I can download an older version?
Is anyone else in the UK having this issue?
