Garmin Venu 2 plus won’t turn on after hard reset

HR monitor wouldn’t work even after cleaning and adjusting strap. Did a reset, it won’t turn on.
Tried hard reset and it still wont turn on. Just the flashing triangle of doom.
anyone got any advice?
