Customizing Workout for minimum info

Hi everyone, I'm new to Garmin and since I already have an app on my phone for the reps and exercises. I would like to know if I can customize the workout exercise to record just a few metrics : time spent, calories, HR, HR zones...I know it is possible, I already tried but it still counts just one exercise if I don't tell it otherwise...I'm not sure I'm making myself clear...maybe I should select another activity? Thanks for your tips.

  • Hello! I am not sure I totally understand what your needs are, but I am going to give a few ideas

    1) The fields and layout that show metrics during an activity can be customized. You can definitely make it show the metrics you named. You can also have up to 3 screens you can swipe between -  I find it easier to do in the Garmin Connect App -This video will show you how - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhJA16He0ok

    2) While you are in Garmin Connect on the Strength Settings screen you can also turn off Rep Counting

    If I am interpreting correctly - the two steps combined will give you what you are asking for.
