Hi all!
In September of 2023 i bought a Venu 2 Plus and have been using it (with much pleasure) every day ever since, mainly in the pool.
Since this morning (28-12-24) after a workout in the pool ca. 45-50 min. my watch keeps shutting down after approx. 5 sec. and keeps restarting / booting up and occasionally displays the notice ''ontgrendelingsknop voor hulp'' translated in English -> ''unlocking button for help'' with a white/red star icon.
I did my google searches and tried this forum but unfortunately without any luck.
I dried my Venu 2 Plus thoroughly, charged it to maximum capacity, then washed and dried it again to make sure no chlorine from the pool was left but still without luck.
Does anyone know how to fix this bug...
Any answer is much appreciated
