Bluetooth error

My watch stopped connecting with Bluetooth i tried factory reset and that did not solve the problem?
Under firmware it just show ant/ble/bt:0.00
Is there any way to solve this?

I can see it looping the Venu2 Plus ANT/BT/BLE version 7.17 update
