Venu 2 sensor not working.

The green light is not flashing. It seems this problem is well known. I have tried many ways and could resolve it. Can anyone please give me a solution for this problem.

Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the top button until it turns off, past the menu and assistance prompts. Then plug it into a charger and let it boot up. That worked for me on one of my Venu watches (at the suggestion of Garmin Support).
