I have my 2nd Venu 2 Plus and it is doing the same as the first. It doesn't track my steps, heart rate or sync to my iPhone 14 Plus. My last one did this after 6 months. The current one i have is only 4 months old. Garmin replaced it with the current one, and now...4 months later, the SAME issue! is this normal? Im training for races and need to track my steps etc. Im incredibly disappointed and was wondering if this is because i updated my garmin app on my iPhone.
