cleaning the watch

Meanwhile, a thick layer of sweat has formed on the back of the watch, which is very hard. How can you remove something like this without scratching the back of the watch? (But the sensors are not covered.)

Unfortunately that doesn't work. Because the layer of sweat is thick and very hard the watch cannot be cleaned only by the simple way described in the cleaning instructions.

I would suggest soaking it in lukewarm water for about 10-20 minutes. The try the steps mentioned in the previous link.
