Venu 2 plus elevation

I have returned my Venu 2+ due to the elevation tracking being sporadic even when on flat and also large differences in distance measurement against friends Garmins.

I have now been told AFTER SENDING MY ONE BACK that the item is out of stock.

I have been given option of a replacement but not in the colour I originally had, and also been told if I accepted this even when the correct colour came in I would not be allowed another change.

The service is absolutely shocking!! I bought Garmin as believed it was a trusted and reputable brand however being left with no device now is a disgrace.

I have said I would be willing to look at different models and offset difference in finances or a refund and both have been refused!!!

Any future purchases after this experience WILL NOT BE GARMIN!!!
