Garmin express do not recognize my Venu 2 Plus

Good morning, everyone,
I just bought a Venu2+ and I am trying to connect it to my PC (Windows 10). The device is not detected by GarminExpress Verions 7.20.3.0, but more generally it does not seem to be seen by Windows at all.
In fact when I connect it to my PC (USB2 or USB3) in the DeviceManager application nothing appears. This happens whether I put the phone in USB = Garmin or USB = MTP mode.

I have also tried using a different USB cable than the one that came with the Venu, but the situation does not change. I am currently running out of ideas. Can anyone help me out?

Small update : I've installed Garmin Express on my laptop (windows 11) and I tried to detect my Venu2+ connected with a gamin usb cable. The result is still the same, impossible to detect the device.
