How to reset ECG app?

Months ago the ECG app got set up on my watch. It worked fine, I took a few readings. Today I got the setup again for some reason, followed the steps and was told the app is now set up on my watch. So I tried it but now it just says "acquiring signal? and never takes a reading. Garmin-Inder Garmin-Sara or anyone else - any way to reset the app?

Hello! We'll want a little more information in order to better assist. Would you please tell us the exact steps you are taking to get a reading? Also, when does it display 'Acquiring signal'? Would you please attach an image of when this is presented.

Hi Garmin-Inder, thanks for responding. I chatted with support and they were able to get my ECG app working!
