Few questions, new user.

Hello,

New Venu 2 plus owner. I have a couple of questions.

1) Can I sync with Samsung Health?

2) I have a Polar H10 heart monitor. I managed to sync it and see in the sync settings its connected, but on the watch I have nothing related to the H10 at all and it is also showing a different HR count to that on the Polar app.

3) When I try to sync with MyFitnessPal it says it fails. Any idea why?

As far as the data from the heart rate monitor. If you have it connected to the app it will not display data on the watch from the Heart rate monitor. As it can only be connected to 1 device at a time

Lastly, about MyFitnessPal, please try linking them through Garmin Connect Web. Steps for this can be found here: Steps to Link Your Garmin Connect Account with MyFitnessPal
