Can't get women's health to sync

I've switched from a Venu to a Venu 2 Plus and can't get menstrual cycling to sync on the watch. It's working on the Connect App and has also updated on my Venu.
I've switched the watch and phone off and on, synced it again multiple times, plugged the watch into Express (where I deleted the app from Glance then added again) but no joy. Everything else (heart rate, sleep, calendar, etc.) is working fine, just can't get women's health to work!
Any ideas?
